INSURANCES ACCEPTED
OPTUM/UHC/UBH/UMR, BC/BS, AETNA, CIGNA, Tricare, BHS. Rates for those using insurance are determined by insurance companies.
Meet Amanda Surdock Ph.D., HSP
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working in a range of clinical settings. I specialize in psychological testing and diagnosis, with an emphasis on Autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, mood disorders, and anxiety.
